BLOCKS / CONTENT
Timeline block
Five structural layouts driven by one timelineStyle attribute — alternating cards, bordered cards, dotted split, bordered split, and auto-numbered.
Center style, alternating cards
timelineStyle stays at its center default. A single vertical line runs down the middle on desktop, and odd/even items alternate sides. leftLabel is left unset here, so timeline-item-left never renders.
2022
Idea takes shape
Two co-founders start sketching the product on nights and weekends.

Public beta opens
First 300 users sign up in the opening week, mostly from a single tweet.
Left-cards style, bordered items
timelineStyle set to left-cards moves the line to a fixed left column, and itemBackground plus itemBorderColor and itemBorderRadius shape .timeline-item-inner into a bordered card.
Kickoff workshop
Stakeholders align on scope, success metrics, and a rough delivery date.
Design handoff
High-fidelity mockups signed off and moved into the engineering backlog.
Split style, label column with dots
timelineStyle set to split makes .timeline-item-left visible as a grid column, sized by leftColWidth, with a shared vertical line and small dots computed from that column width plus splitGap.
The idea
Two co-founders quit their jobs to build something they wished existed.
Building for scale
A small team, a growing customer base, and a lot left to figure out.
Split-label style, border line instead of dots
split-label uses the same label-column grid as split, but replaces the dot-and-line with a plain border-left on timeline-item-inner — the only style where lineStyle (solid/dashed/dotted) actually shows.
A garage and a laptop
No funding, no plan, just a belief that the problem was worth solving.
A small, profitable team
Twelve people, real customers, and still shipping every week.
